I thoroughly enjoyed this new coffee shop in downtown Apex! I got their seasonal pistachio macaron latte with oat milk, and it was absolutely delicious! Their indoor and outdoor seating is very spacious, and they are in such a great location in downtown Apex (right across from town hall and just a short walk to the main strip and nearby recreational areas). I didn’t try any food, but it looked amazing and I will definitely come back to try their gelato. In addition, they’re dog friendly and make their dog treats in house!

Absolutely impressed at Foxtail today! We went in blind (didn’t read any reviews or really know that much about the place) and are so satisfied we will be back! We had a mocha with orange bitters (as recommended by the staff) and then a butterscotch latte with single origin. Then the pretzel sandwich and the turkey saus bagel. The bagel was so-so but everything else was great! The atmosphere is very welcome and modern, but also comfortable too! Large patio was great for sitting. Seeing other reviews about the timelines is disheartening; as a new business it can take some time to get the flow of things, that being said, don’t come in a rush when a place is busy. Simple as that. In a world where we are constantly rushed and unable to connect, it was very nice to have a “go at your pace” ordering experience, considering when you’re trying new things. This place will do so well in Apex. Hope it’s your forever home Foxtail! 🦊

Really nice shop. Very clean with both a spacious indoor and outdoor area. The bathrooms were individual and kept clean. Dogs are allowed inside so there were many fun visitors as well as a jar of treats for them on the counter. I got an iced caramel latte which was fairly good. Free WiFi and a bunch of small individual seating to sit and do work. There’s an outside patio area with fans and hanging lights. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love this new coffee spot in downtown Apex! The service is excellent and the drinks are great. They also have ice cream, which I didn’t try but the flavors looked delicious. I had an iced almond milk latte. Next time I will try the pistachio latte. My friend got a latte and the banana bread and she enjoyed both. I love that they serve drinks “for here” in a mug. Will be back here often!

I've had so many good experiences here! First of all, it is one of the best chai lattes I've had! The owner helped me do catering for my daughters cafe themed birthday party - it was a hit and he was flexible and helpful. Lastly, I was there in person the other day. The sweat on my drink made it slide off the table. A barista helped clean it up and remade my drink for free without me having to ask. Great service and great quality.

I absolutely love this place! The coffee is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly. As a realtor, I work from here often—it’s the perfect spot to be productive while also connecting with people in the community. The atmosphere is a refreshing change of pace from the office. They also have the best playlist. Usually good 90s or indie and a heavy dose of British bands, which is my personal favorite. I think I’ve been here today. I’ve already heard oasis, blur, and now suede is playing.! Customer service is top-notch. Special shout-out to Cephoni—he always takes the time to check in with customers after they’re seated to make sure everything is perfect. They also have outdoor seating, complete with fans at each table, which is perfect if you want to enjoy fresh air while you sip your coffee. My go-to drink is a decaf latte with sugar-free vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder—highly recommend! I first discovered Foxtail when I was in Orlando, and I was pleasantly surprised to find one here when I got back home. This location is actually the first in the Carolinas. Definitely check it out. Hopefully I’ll be hosting some sort of client event here in the future as well. Stay tuned!

What a great coffee find this is my brother and I went in for some coffees, and ended up having a good 30 minute conversation, lively spot, very nice customer service. We'll definitely be back here.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEIR MAPLE BREW LATTE . Such a cute coffee shop! They have large tables for group of 6. They have built in charging stations perfect for laptops. Great WiFi .

EDIT: my favorite items so far - Affogato with vanilla ice cream - Iced southern sweet tea with honey - chocolate gelato Dog friendly!! They have amazing gelato, probably homemade? That is so creamy and full of material's authentic flavor. The chocolate is my absolute favorite! The raspberry cheesecake and lemon sorbet is a bless during hot days. Also they are very very dog friendly. The crew would make the biggest smile when a doggo walk through the door. They have pup cup, well-made pupsicle (made in broth, pumpkin, peanut butter and milk bone as handle -- they are eating better than me nowadays) they even have special printed puppy cups!! My dog love this place so much that he always try to break in their front door and back door when we pass by. I don't drink coffee but my friend said they are very good. I also found they have tea so can't wait to try next time! The crew and the visitors are very chill so it is be a good place to stop by to catch a breath from the outside world no matter you drink coffee or not.

Service here is wonderful and it helped us figure out the right selection of coffee that we wanted and the best part is just so far everything you've had here coffee-wise is so so good. What I mean is that the Iced Coffee had this fruity fragrance that matches the aftertaste, never experienced that in coffee and it was great. Got the Original Cold Brew and it hits the spot and Energy. This place is new since March, and I hope keeps crushing it with their quality!
